What makes this different

Many forms of therapy stay at the level of conversation.

Here, the focus is on real, lasting change.

You begin online, in your own environment — a space where you feel safe and familiar. At the same time, the approach is deeply inspired by nature.

Nature has a way of slowing things down, creating clarity, and helping you reconnect with what truly matters. This perspective is integrated into the work: less pressure, more awareness, and space for things to unfold naturally.

For those who want to go deeper, this can be extended into in-person sessions in nature in Tanzania — where the environment itself becomes part of the process.

“True healing is holistic. It requires us to look at the physical body, the subconscious mind, and our soul as one connected system.”

— Dr. Nicole LePera

My approach

A practical therapeutic attitude, inspired by how change naturally happens in the real world.

Not symbolic, spiritual, or abstract. In nature, nothing changes through force — growth, recovery and restoration happen when conditions are right. In therapy, this translates into a few key principles.

01

Slowing down to create clarity

Many people try to understand or solve their problems while moving at full speed. We slow things down so you can notice what you are feeling, what patterns keep repeating, and what is happening beneath the surface. Clarity usually appears when there is space, not pressure.

02

Observing patterns instead of fighting them

Patterns in thoughts, emotions and relationships tend to repeat. Instead of immediately trying to "fix" them, we first observe — when they appear, what triggers them, how you typically respond. Understanding comes before change.

03

Allowing change to emerge, rather than forcing it

Lasting change is rarely the result of pushing harder on yourself. It is more often the result of awareness, emotional safety, and steady reflection over time. When these conditions are present, new ways of thinking and responding begin to emerge naturally.

04

Working with your system, not against it

This is not about pushing you to become someone different. It is about understanding how your emotional and relational patterns developed — and helping your system (your emotions, reactions, coping mechanisms, your nervous system) find more balance and flexibility.

05

A helpful metaphor

Not every tree can fully flourish in every environment. A tree may survive in conditions not suited to it — but it may not grow as strongly or freely as it would elsewhere. In a similar way, people can keep functioning in environments not aligned with their emotional or relational needs. This is not about "wrong" or "right" — but about fit, support, and conditions for growth.

Optional · deeper work in Tanzania

For clients who want a more immersive experience.

I offer intensive sessions in nature in Tanzania. This is not a retreat or escape, but a focused continuation of therapeutic work in a setting that naturally supports clarity and perspective.
