How we handle your data.

We collect only the information you give us through the reservation, therapy and newsletter forms — name, email, phone, dates, and the notes you choose to write. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you opt in, to send you a maximum of three newsletters a year.

We do not sell or share your data. Therapy enquiries are read only by Joanna-Sue and one administrator and never logged with your IP address.

Email is sent directly from our hosting server. Anti-spam by Google reCAPTCHA v3, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Hosting on Habari Node (Tanzania).

To request deletion of your data, write to info@touchedbynature.co.tz. We will action it within 30 days.
