Plain-language terms.

Reservation requests are not bookings. A booking is confirmed once we have replied with availability and you have accepted the quote in writing. A 30% deposit secures the dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded in full minus a 5% administrative fee. Between 60 and 30 days, half. Inside 30 days, the deposit is held; we will do our best to rebook your dates.

The full terms applicable to a stay are sent with the booking confirmation. By submitting a request you agree to be contacted about it; you do not commit to a booking.
